Driver transported to Flaget after collision near Willisburg, KY By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY SPRINGFIELD, KY - Sgt. Fred Cornett is investigating a collision that occurred today, Sunday, August 2, 2014, at 12:10pmET on Chaplin Road, 3 miles west of Willisburg. 19-year-old Tara Settles, of Springfield, was traveling west on Chaplin Rad when she dropped off the roadway and struck a tree. Settles was not belted and was transported to Flaget Memorial Hospital in Bardstown where she was treated and released.
