Tim Cocanougher withdraws from 11th Circuit Judges race

Neither candidate for 11th Circuit Court Judge has opposition in November

By Larry Smith, 92.7 the Big Dawg

Tim Cocanougher, Springfield, KY, has withdrawn from the 11th Judicial Circuit Division I Judges race. The circuit includes Green, Marion, Taylor, and Washington Counties.

He would have been the only opposition for Todd Spalding, who will now be unopposed, and, barring unexpected circumstances, will be sworn in as the new 11th Circuit Court/Div I Judge in January. He will succeed Dan Kelley, who is retiring.
