Maybe Mike Watson could help. I am trying to research some of the descendants of Margaret Calhoun Hardin who was the sister of Parker Calhoun Hardin. She married Hiram French. I believe they both died in the early 1840's and left their children in the care of Parker C Hardin. I have already accessed the various biographical sketches of Parker Hardin available on the internet. Are their other local sources of information?
