Epicurean Kentuckian: Tucker's Station Ham & Turkey Sandwich Recipe featuring Farm Fresh, Farmers Market on the Square ingredient Click on headline for complete article with photo(s) By Barbara Armitage Tucker's Station Farms Ham and Turkey with thinly sliced Tomato Basil Cheese on Sweet Onion Bread. This is Barbara's Husband's new favorite. Oh, I know that every food is Barbara's Husband's favorite food but this one may hang in there at least through the weekend. This is about as close to fast food as we get at Tucker's Station Farms. Since Barbara's Husband shops at the Farmer's Market on the Square he can pick up a home baked loaf of TSF's Sweet Onion Bread, a pound or two of Heavenly Homestead's hand crafted Tomato Basil Cheese, some vine ripe tomatoes and a bag of gourmet lettuce. A great sandwich is a snap to make when so many dedicated farmer's have done all the work for him. If you stop in at the Tucker's Station Farms booth at the Farmer's Market on the Square and maybe he'll share a bite or two of his new favorite food with you. - Barbara Armitage This story was posted on 2014-07-12 04:00:27
