KY 3211 closed beginning Monday, July 14, 2014 for 3 weeks Taylor County, KY By Chris Jessie, Public Information Officer KY Transportation Cabinet, District 4, Elizabethtown, KY ELIZABETHTOWN, KY (July 10, 2014) – Bridge construction will require closure of KY 3211 north of the intersection with Bear Track Road (Mile Point 4.4) in Taylor County on Monday, July 14, 2014.
