The Campbellsville Police Department is investigating a commercial pharmacy burglary.

The Campbellsville Police received a report of a commercial burglary at the Eastridge-Phelps Pharmacy located on KY 3350 in Campbellsville.



The report was received when the owners were opening for business at 7:25amET, today, Thursday, July 3, 2014, and it was discovered their building had been burglarized. Perpetrators gained entry through a rear door of an adjacent business leading them to an interior wall. The perpetrators cut their way through the interior wall gaining access to the Pharmacy. The alarm system was disabled preventing notification to police.

A quantity of narcotics and cash was taken from the business.

Anyone with information about this crime is encouraged to contact Campbellsville Police at 270-465-4122; or may call the Crime Tip Line at 270-469-7743.

The case is under investigation by Officer Bart Gilpin.
