Traffic/Construction: Greensburg at Monroe closure Sunday For Columbia/Adair Utilities District waterline replacement Stotts Construction Co., Inc. will be doing construction at the intersection of S Monroe and Greensburg Street and crossing Greensburg Street on Sunday June 22, 2014, beginning at 9pmCT. Greensburg Street at this intersection will be closed during construction but is expected to be open before Monday morning, June 23, 2014. We ask the public to avoid this area where possible and to expect some delays in traffic. We want to thank you in advance for your patience as we make these necessary upgrades to better serve you our customers with better quality water service.
