17th Conover School Reunion May 24, 2014 has 79 in attendance Click on headline for photo(s), list of graduates, visitors, and In Remembrances with links By Fern Roy On May 24, 2014, former students, family and friends gathered for the 17th annual Conover School Reunion. Each year, students gather to tell old stories and catch up with friends. This year was no different. Thirty-eight students and 41 visitors were in attendance. Special thanks to Mildred Stapp for dressing in her time period costume. The reunion is held each year on the last Saturday in May. The Conover School is located at 576 Freedom Church Road, and is now owned by the Freedom Separate Baptist Church. Many thanks to Freedom Separate Baptist Church for allowing the reunion to be held each year. If anyone wishes to attend the reunion, please feel free to come May 24, 2015.
