Business After Hours will spotlight Metcalfe's Rogers Mill By Gaye Shaw The Edmonton-Metcalfe County Chamber of Commerce will conduct a Business after Hours at the breathtakingly beautiful Rogers Mill located at 1199 Wilbur Glass Road, Edmonton, KY on Tuesday, June 17, 2014, at 5:30pmCT. Everyone is invited to attend. If one has not visited one of the "best kept secrets of Metcalfe County", one should take this opportunity to do so. Owners Mario & Raven Rodgers would like to take this occasion to meet and greet all visitors. They have opened the mill up for rental for weddings, showers, family gatherings, business seminars, etc. It would be safe to say, one could not find a more tranquil or beautiful spot. Over the years, the Chamber of Commerce has taken many persons who were members of Leadership Metcalfe County to Rogers Mill. Most comment that they never knew such a place existed in this community. From the Edmonton Public Square, travel US 68 and turn left onto the Old Glasgow Road across from Scott's City Limits. Travel to the intersection and turn left onto Hwy 640 toward Randolph. At the Randolph Store Building, turn right. Travel approximately 2 miles to the first black top road on the left which is the Wilbur Glass Road. Roger's Mill Parking Entrance is approximately one mile on the right. Signs will be posted. The author, Gaye Shaw, is Executive Director of the Edmonton/Metcalfe County Chamber of Commerce This story was posted on 2014-06-14 01:32:42
