Driver loses control of Hummer, crashes, near Loretto, KY By TFC BIlly Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY LEBANON, KY - Tpr. Morris Farris is investigating a collision that occurred on June 10, 2014 at 7:25pmET, 4 miles east of Loretto on Nerinx Road. 54-year-old Terry F. Mattingly and 29-year-old Brian Bland, of Springfield, KY, were traveling east when Mattingly lost control of his 2003 Hummer and ran off the roadway.
