Mrs. Vallee Madean Judd, 82, of Greensburg, Kentucky, departed this life on Saturday, June 7, 2014 at the Golden Living Center-Green Hill, Greensburg, KY. She was 82 years, eight months, and 21 days of age.

The funeral services for Mrs. Madean Judd will be conducted at 10amCT, Monday, June 9, 2014 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the Liletown Cemetery. Bro. Curtis Slinker will be officiating. Visitation is requested 4pm-9pmCT, Sunday, June 8, 2014, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, and after 7amCT, Monday until time of the funeral service.

Mrs. Vallee Madean Judd of Greensburg, Kentucky was the daughter of the late Mary C. Wood Gupton Paxton. She was born on September 17, 1931 and departed this life on Saturday, June 7, 2014 in Greensburg, Green County, KY. She was 82 years, eight months, and 21 days of age.

Pallbearers: Hank Judd, Phillip Jeffries, Andy Sigmon, Jon Judd, Sammy Froggett, and Dale Decker.

Honorary pallbearers: Golden Living Center-Green Hill employees

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Greasy Creek Baptist Church. She was also a retired Inspector for Edmonton Manufacturing.

She united in marriage to Victor Vandal Judd on September 3, 1955 who preceded her in death on July 15, 1990.

Survivors include:
  • A son and daughter-in-law: Charles and Veronica Judd of Greensburg, KY

  • A sister: Betty McFelia of Greensburg, KY

  • Two grandchildren

  • Two great-grandchildren

  • and a host of other relatives and friends

The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Liletown Cemetery, which can be made at the funeral home. Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY.
