Funeral service were Friday, June 06, 2014 at 2pmET, at Hathaway & Clark Funeral Home, Louisville, KY. Graveside service will be at 11:30amCT, Saturday, June 07, 2014 at 11:30amCT,at Davis Cemetery in Cumberland County, KY.

Survivors include:
  • Three daughters: Anna Belle Bacon, Hazel Johnson (Wilbur), Bonnie Starks(Bart)
  • Two sons: Larry Burbridge and Gregory Burbridge
