Gale Cowan, Columbia, KY sworn in a K.A.C.T.F.O president

Adair County Finance Officer, Gale Cowan, was sworn in as President of the Kentucky Association of County Treasure's and Finance Officers (K.A.C.T.F.O.) at their 31st Annual Spring Conference on Friday, April 4, 2014 in Louisville, KY.

Cowan has served on the K.A.C.T.F.O. board since 2009 serving as director, secretary, second vice president, and first vice president. The association holds their annual conference in the spring of each year working closely with the Department for Local Government, KACo, Kentucky Magistrates and Commissioners Association, and the Kentucky County Judge Executive Association.
