Commander Jeff Giles speaker for VFW Memorial Day program

Program will begin in VFW Post 6097 Hall, move to outside for "laying of wreathes.

The public is invited to join VFW Post 6097 Columbia in honoring our deceased comrades on Sunday afternoon, 25 May 2014.The program will begin at promptly at 3pmCT at the post located at 411 Fairground Street, Columbia, KY.



The majority of the program will be conducted inside the hall and then move outside for the "laying of the wreathes" and final honors at the Memorial Monument.

We will be honored to have one of our local, career military men, Commander Jeff Giles, as our speaker for the program. Jeff is the son of Barbara Giles and the late Tommy Giles.

We at the Post are looking forward to have Commander Giles visit with us and hope you will come out to show your support and respect of our fallen hero's from all wars. - Joe Hare, Commander & Ronnie Holt, Quartermaster Program Committee Chairman
