Construction Report: Waterline Work closes S Reed today Special ColumbiaMagazine.com traffic report Columbia / Adair Utilities District's Downtown Water Replacement Project is under way . Today, Tuesday May 20, Stotts Construction Company, Inc. will be working on the 100 block of So. Reed Street. South Reed Street will be closed from Jefferson Alley to Jamestown Street in Columbia, KY. We ask the public to avoid these areas where possible and to expect some delays in traffic. We want to thank you in advance for your patience as we make these necessary upgrades to better serve you our customers with better quality water service.
