Undercover investigation results in drug arrest in Burkesville, KY By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Edmonton, KY BURKESVILLE, KY - An undercover investigation involving the units from Post 15 and officers from the Columbia HIDTA Task Force has led to the arrest of 49-year-old Philip L. Williams, of Burkesville. Williams was arrested on Monday, May 12, 2014 at approximately 3:55pmCT, in the limits of Burkesville and charged with Trafficking in Marijuana < 8 ounces and No Seatbelt.
