May 7, 2014 Green County Grand Jury returns indictments

Indictments for offenses including drug offenses; incest, rape, and knowlingly exploiting adult

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on May 7, 2014:


  1. Willard Calhoun (D/O/B 3/26/1976), Hudgins Highway, Greensburg, KY. Indictment No. 14 CR027. - Charged with 5 count(s). Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance-1s degree, 1st offense (Methamphetamine)(Class D Felony. Count 2 - Possession of a controlled (drug unspecified)(Class A. Count 3 - Drug paraphernaalia-buy/Possess (Class A Misdemeaner). Count 4 - Possession of Marijuana (Class B Misdemeanor) Count 5 - Prescription controlled substance not in proper container 1st offense (Class B misdemeanor) Bond: $15,000/10%.
  2. Timothy A. Gilmore (D/O/B 1/15/1974), Elliott ridge Road, Elkhorn KY. Indictment No. CR-028. - Charged with 315 count(s). Count 1-157-Incest, forcible compulsion/incapable of consent or under 18 years old (Class B Felony). Counts 158-314, Rape 3rd Degree (Class D Felony). Count 315 - Sodomy 3rd degree (Class D Felony. Bond: $150,000 no contact.
  3. Perry Joshua Loy (D/O/B 03/02/1988), Ebenezer Road, Greensburg, KY. Indictment No. 14-CR000-029. - Charged with 19 count(s). Count 1-15 - Rape 3rd degree (Class D Felony). Count 16-19 - Sodomy 3rd degree (Class D felony) Bond: $15,000. No contact.
  4. Kimberly Baker (D/O/B 4/12/1965), Maple Avenue, Noblesville, IN. Indictment No. 14-CR-030. - Charged with 1 count(s). Count 1 - Knowingly exploit adult over $300 (Class C Felony) Bond: $15,000.
