By Jennifer Carter

Columbia/Adair Utilities District’s Downtown water line replacement project is under construction today. Stotts Construction Company, Inc. has started construction on East Guardian Street by Save-A-Lot. We ask the public to avoid these areas where possible and to expect some delays in traffic. We want to thank you in advance for your patience as we make these necessary upgrades to better serve you our customers with better quality water service. We will keep you updated of construction and street closings as construction progresses. - JENNIFER CARTER, Columbia/Adair Utilities District, 109 Grant Lane, Columbia, KY. Phone 270-384-2181
