Columbia Police Dept. arrests 18th in Operation Spring Cleanup Chief Jason Cross says combatting drugs will continue to be main focus of department By Ofc.Josh Brockman Columbia Police Department has arrested 25 year old Oba Thompson of Columbia, KY, on charges of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st degree. Thompson arrest brings number to 18 individuals who has been charged for selling illegal narcotics in our community in the last few months.
