April 2014 Adair Grand Jury returns indictments
Large number of indictments. Offenses include drug and alcohol cases, wanton endangerment, possession of child pornograpy, incest, rape, flagrant non-support, failure to comply to sex offender registration, criminal attempt to commit murder, receiving stolen property, and others. All arraignments set for May 13, 2014 at 1pmCT, in Adair Circuit Court, Adair Judicial Center, 201 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY.
The Adair County Circuit Court grand jury returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, April 29, 2014.
Those indicted were:
- Eddie Ashbrook (D.O.B. 09/27/1977 ) Rutledge Road, Columbia, KY Indictment No. 14-CR-00059 - Charged with (4 Counts) Count 1 - Operating Motor Vehicle with alcohol concentration of or above 0.08 or while under the influence of Alcohol or other substance, Aggravating Circumstance. Count 2 - Wanton Endangerment in the First Degree. Count 3- Persistent Felony Offender in the Second Degree. Count 4 - No operator's license. Bail $10,000 cash. Arraignment May 14, 2014 at 1pmCT
