Mrs. Theresa Lyn Pavlik, Adair County, KY (1962-2014) Mrs. Pavlik was a former department manager at Wal-Mart. She had professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Praise Assembly of God in Columbia. Mrs. Pavlick was a loving and very kind-hearted woman, and often volunteered in the food pantry at her church. Her husband, rodney Allan Pavlick, survives. She leaves 4 direct living descendants.
