Driving complaint leads to arrest of operator, 2 others

Incident on South Central Avenue, Campbellsville, KY investigated by Campbellsville Police Department Offiers Ryan Jewell and Charlie Houk. All three men charged with public intoxication; two with additional charges

The Campbellsville Police Department today at 10:15amET, Thursday, April 17, 2014 responded to a complaint of a possible intoxicated driver.



Officers located the vehicle in question on South Central Avenue, Campbellsville, and upon further investigation, arrested Cory J. Gadberry age 36 of Campbellsville and charged him with; Burglary 2nd, Controlled Substance not in Original Container, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Driving on a Suspended License, Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Possession of Marijuana, and Receiving Stolen Property U/$500, Illegal Possession of a Legend Drug, Prescription Officers also arrested Michael Brandon Moss, age 33, and Roy Lee Dyer, age 58, both Campbellsville. Moss was charged with, Public Intoxication, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree (Meth), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Dyer was charged with Public Intoxication.
