By Shamarie Claiborne News from the ADAIR Band The Adair County Band is pleased to announce the upcoming Adair Band BBQ - Pie and Cake Auction on Saturday, May 17, 2014 from 05:30 until 07:30pmCT at Adair County Elementary School, 870 Indian Drive, Columbia, KY. Mike Harris will be lending his culinary talents to our organization by preparing the pulled pork, baked beans, and coleslaw along with his secret recipe BBQ sauces. The Adair Band Family will be providing homemade cakes, pies, and other baked goods along with other items for a live auction as well as four different themed baskets. Two of the baskets will be raffled off for a dollar a ticket while two will be offered on the auction block. Meal cost will be 6 dollars per person. Desserts will be available for purchase during our auction. We look forward to seeing you all that night to enjoy some good food, conversation, and homemade cakes and pies!
