He died Tuesday, April 15, 2014, in Bowling Green, Warren County, KY, at the age of 67 years, 7 months, and 19 days. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War, a member of Burkesville New Community Church, and had worked at Tyson Bearing and Bob Evans Apparel.
