Everette Eugene Foley, Russell County, KY (1931-2014)

He was a native of Russell County, KY, and a resident of Pulaski County, KY at the time of his death. He was a member of a highly regarded Russell County family with strong ties in Adair, Pulaski Counties and elsewhere. He the son of Weltner & Nola Humble Foley. He leaves nine direct living descendants spanning 4 generations. He was the widower of Colleen Foley, who died two days earlier. He was a Korean War Veteran of the US Army. He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him.

Everette Eugene Foley, 82, of Somerset (formerly of Russell County) died Monday, April 14, 2014 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY.

Funeral service for Everette Eugene Foley will be 2pmCT, Thursday, April 17, 2014 at the Cedar Springs Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Dwayne Marshall & Bro. Ensley Wright officiating. Friends may call after 1pmCT Thursday at the church. Burial will be in the at Cedar Springs Baptist Church, Hwy 910, Windsor, Casey County, KY.



Everette Eugene Foley, Russell County, KY

He was born December 18, 1931 in Russell County, KY. He was the son of the late Weltner & Nola Humble Foley. He died Monday, April 14, 2014, in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY, at the age of 82 years, 3 months, and 27 days.

He was a Korean War Veteran of the US Army.

Preceded in death by his wife, Colleen Meece Foley, April 12, 2014.

Survivors include the following:
  • A daughter: Wanda Robertson, Somerset, KY

  • Two grandsons: Danny Robertson, Russell Springs, KY; and Darren (Melinda) Robertson, Somerset, KY

  • Five great grandchildren: Latasha Robertson, Seth Covarrubias, Sky Covarrubias, Mekyla Jones, and Katie Robertson

  • One great great grandchild: Evaliece Hope Ryan

  • Two sisters: Betty Abrell and Glenda Grider, both of Columbia, KY

  • One brother: David Richards, Russell Springs, KY

  • Many loving nieces, nephews and friends
