Colleen Meece Foley, Russell County, KY (1936-2014) Se was a native of Russell County, KY, and a resident of Pulaski County, KY at the time of his death. He was a member of a highly regarded Russell County family with strong ties in Adair, Pulaski Counties and elsewhere. was the daugher of the late Sylvester & Patsy Gosser Meece, She was survived by her husband, Everette Eugene Foley. She leaves nine direct living descendants spanning 4 generations. Dwayne Marshall & Bro. Ensley Wright officiating. Friends may call 6pm-8pmCTm Wednesday, April 16, 2014, at the Bernard Funeral Home, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY. She was a seamstress and a member of the Cedar Springs Missionary Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her son-in-law, Ronnie D. Robertson; a sister, Argola Shepard and three brothers, Henry, Robert, and Roscoe Meece. Survivors include the following:
