She was a member of a highly regarded family. the daughter of Charlie Wolford "C.W." and Ruth Hagan Fletcher.She was a member of Chestnut Grove Christian Church, Breeding, KY; and White Hill Community Church in Cumberland Co., KY. She was an assistant manager for U.S. Bancorp Financial. She was the widow of Ronnie Leslie Hoots, her husband of over 39 years. Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at 1pmCT, in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home, 601 N Main Street, Burkesville, KY, with Bro. Freddie Froedge and Bro. James Miles officiating. Burial will be in the White Hill Cemetery in Cumberland County, Kentucky. The family will receive friends after 4pmCT, on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 until the funeral hour on Thursday.
