See CM Events for upcoming sports events By Charles Balcom COLUMBIA, KY - The Lindsey Wilson baseball team suffered a 15-4 loss to Tennessee Wesleyan on Wednesday night, April 9, 2014 at Egnew Park. The Bulldogs (23-16-1) recorded 19 hits on the night and scored in every inning except the third, ending the game after seven innings. Tennessee Wesleyan opened the game by scoring four runs in the top of the first, two in the second and fourth, another four in the fifth, one in the sixth and two final runs in the seventh. Lindsey Wilson answered with a pair of runs in the bottom half of the first, but struggled to get much going at the plate for the rest of the game. The bright light for Lindsey Wilson (22-20) was Mitchell Osnowitz who went 3-for-3 with three RBIs and two home runs in the loss. Mark Silva added a two-hit day while Alex Bautista pushed the other run across. Taylor Patterson (2-2) picked up the win for the Bulldogs going four innings with two earned runs on five hits.
