Auda Mae Tucker, 77, Russell Co., KY (1936-2014)

She was a native of Russell County, KY, the daughter of the late Warren Andy & Nova Myrtle Brown Wright. She was the widow of Sylvester Tucker. She leaves six direct living descendants. She was a homemaker and a member of th Pine Grove Separate Baptist Church.

Auda Mae Tucker, 77, died Sunday, March 30, 2014 at the Wayne County Hospital in Monticello, KY.

Funeral services for Auda Mae Tucker will be 2pmCT, Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at the Pine Grove Separate Baptist Church with Bro. Richie Curtis officiating. Friends may call after 9amCT, Tuesday, April 1, 2014, at the Bernard Funeral Home, 367 Main Street, Russell Springs, KY. Burial will be in the Hugh Frank Cemetery.


Pallbearers: Michael Hopper, Andrew Jack Hopper, Justin Adams, Eddie Abner, Bill Mahan, Elvis Tucker, Glen Tucker, and Gregory Jack Hopper.

She was born Friday, May 17, 1936 in Russell County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Warren Andy & Nova Myrtle Brown Wright. She died March 30, 2014, in Monticello, Wayne County, KY, at the age of 77 years,, 10 months, and 13 days.

She was a homemaker and a member of th Pine Grove Separate Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Sylvester Tucker and 3 brothers, Virgil, James Tracy, and Terry Wright.

Survivors include the following:
  • Two daughters: Debra (Bill) Mahan, Lexington, KY; and Carol Sue Tucker and special friend, Eddie Abner, Russell Springs, KY

  • Four grandchildren: Michael Gregory (Grace) Hopper, Joseph (Monica) Hopper, Andrew Jack Hopper and Sarah Elizabeth (Justin) Adams

  • Sister: Nova Ann (Arlo) Johnson, Russell Springs, KY
