News from the Adair County School District

As most of the State of Kentucky today the Halls of Adair County High School were buzzing in anticipation of the BIG GAME tonight. It has been building all week with students planning get together to watch at different places. Mr. Young being the motivator that he is decided to allow students and staff the opportunity to show their pride today at school. He even made a little competition out of it with awards going to the best dress from each side. There was great participation from both staff and students. Our entire school wishes both teams the best tonight. - Shamarie Claiborne

Feeling the Spirit! Team pride shows at ACHS

2014-03-28 - ACHS, 526 Indian Drive, Columbia KY - Photo by Shamarie Claiborne, Adair Co. School District photo. Feeling the spirit! - Mr. Young, Principal of Adair County High School, allowed staff and students to show their team pride today by wearing University of Kentucky attire or University of Louisville attire. Both students and staff had a huge time and awards were given to the best dressed. We do love our basketball! Shown here are a few students and staff having a little fun discussing who the winner will be tonight. The "trash" talk wasn't too bad but it should be known Mr. Young was wearing blue . . . - Shamarie Claiborne, Media Publicity Coordinator, Adair County School District
