Mrs. Carol Jean (Charles) Collins, age 62, of Albany, Clinton County, Kentucky, passed away, Friday, March 21, 2014, at Bowling Green Medical Center in Bowling Green, Warren County, Kentucky.

Funeral services for Mrs. Carol Jean (Charles) Collins will be held Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at 1pmCT in the Chapel of Campbell-New Funeral Home, 115 Cross Street, Albany, KY, with Pastor David Dorn and Pastor Donald McGill officiating, with burial to follow in the Memorial Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 5pmCT on Monday, March 24, 2014, at the funeral home.


She was the daughter of the late Delbert and Noxie Imogene (Craft) Charles. She is survived by her husband, Jesse Collins, Albany, KY, and the following:
  • A daughter: Heather (and Michael) Jones, Albany, Kentucky

  • A sister: Jalah Charles, of Burkesville, Kentucky

  • Two grandchildren: Collin Roberts and Colton Jones

  • One step grandchild: Macy Jones

  • And several nieces and nephews
Campbell-New Funeral Home, 115 Cross Street, Albany, KY, in charge of arrangements.
