ACSO makes DUI arrest initiated by reckless driver complaint

By Adair County Deputy Adam Cravens

The Adair County Sheriff's Office responded to a reckless driver complaint coming in off of HWY East 80 Thursday night, March 20, 2014. As Deputy Justin Cross was driving on KY 80 he observed a vehicle matching the description given to him by dispatch turn onto Greenhills Road. Deputy Cross got behind the vehicle and observed it driving erratically and initiated a traffic stop. Upon speaking with the driver and performing field sobriety tests on scene Deputy Cross placed the driver, Joshua Bunch 28, of Russell Springs, KY under arrest for driving under the influence and careless driving, both misdemeanors. Bunch was lodged in the Adair County Jail. - Deputy Adam Cravens
