KSP Drug Enforcement seizes records of Dr. Clella Hayes, Tompkinsville, KY On Wednesday, March 19, 2014 Detectives from Kentucky State Police Drug Enforcement / Special Investigations West, Kentucky State Police Drug Task Force, The FBI, and Tompkinsville Police Department executed a search warrant at the office of Dr. Clella Hayes in Tompkinsville.
