March 10, 2014 Green County Grand Jury returns indictments

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned 11 indictments against the following individuals on March 10, 2014:

  2. Anthony D. Hardwick. (D/O/B 1969), Wright Road, Greensburg, KY - Indictment No. 14-CR-0009. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Manufacturing Methamphetamine. 1st Offense. Count 2 - Persistent Felony Offender 1st Degree. Bond: $20,000 cash
  3. Melissa A. Hardwick. (D/O/B 1972), Wright Road, Greensburg, KY - Indictment No. 14-CR-00010. Charged with 1 counts .Count 1 - Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st offense. Bond: $ 25,000/10%
  4. Anthony D. Hardwick. (D/O/B 1969), Wright Road, Greensburg, KY. Indictment No. 14-CR-00011 - Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon. Count 2 - Persistent Felony Offender. Bond: $5,000 cash
  5. Anthony D. Hardwick (D/O/B 1969 ), Wright Road, Greensburg, KY. - Indictment No. 14-CR-00012. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Manufaturing Methamphetamine 1st offense. Count 2 - Persistent Felony Offender. Bond: $25,000 Cash
  6. Terry W. Newton. (D/O/B 1972), Peabody Lane. Buechel, KY - Indictment No. CR-00013. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Flagrant Non-Support. Bond: $1,000 cash. Non-refundable

  9. Stephen H. Milby. (D/O/B 1974), Ira Wright Road, Summersville, KY. - Indictment No. 14-CR-00016. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Flagrant Non-Support. Count 2 - Persistent Felony Offender. Bond: $1,000 Cash. Non-refundable.
  10. Jason Eric Rapier.(D/O/B 1977), Old Springs Road, Greensburg, KYI - Indictment No. 14-CR-14-00017. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in Marijuana -8 oz -less than 5 lbs. 1st offense. Count 2 - Unlawful transaction with a Minor 2nd Degree. County 3 - Buy/Possess Drug Parphernalia. Bond: $5,000/10%
