She was the daughter of the late Frank and Melissa Stacy Rakes. She died Monday, March 3, 2014, in Adair County, KY, at the age of 70 years, 5 months, and 18 days. In addition to her parents, Frank and Melissa Stacy Rakes, she was preceded in death by two half-brothers, Fred and Adrian Stacy; two sons, Jeffery A. Lynch and Phillip W. Lynch, Sr.; and a granddaughter, Summer A. Johns. Besides her husband of 49 years, Jimmie Lynch, she is survived by the following:
