KSP Post 15 reports most primary roads passable but hazardous By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY COLUMBIA, KY - Most of the primary roadways in the Post 15 area are passable but conditions remain extremely hazardous. Both the Louie B. Nunn and Bluegrass Parkway have at least one lane open in each direction. There are no reported road closures at this time. Secondary roadways throughout the rural areas remain ice and snow covered. Motorists are advised to use extreme caution when traveling and are encouraged not to travel unless necessary. 911 should be used for emergency calls while road condition updates can be found by dialing 511. Motorists and travelers may also visit 511.ky.gov for the latest updated road conditions. - TFC BILLY GREGORY This story was posted on 2014-03-04 14:18:47
