February 2014 Adair Grand Jury returns indictments

Large number of indictments, individuals, for offenses including drug related, armed robbery, receiving stolen property, failure to register as sex offender, flagrant non-support and other. All arraignments set for March 11, 2014 in Adair Circuit Court, Adair Judicial Center, 201 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY.

The Adair County Circuit Court grand jury returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, February 25 , 2014.

Those indicted were:


  1. Shelley L. Stapleton (12/09/1976) Indictment No. 14-R-00008 - Charged with one (1) Count: Theft by unlawful taking or disposition - all others - Over $500 but under $10,000. Bail $2,500 C/Sec Prop. Arraignment March 11, 2014 at 1pmCT
  2. Gregory B. Norris (02/14/1986) Indictment No. 14-CR00009 - One (1) Count. Receiving stolen property, $10,000 or More. Bail $10,000 cash. Arraignment March 11, 2014 at 1pmCT
