V. Pike: Edit & Update, earlier 'Adair Democrats at Galt House'

Comportment of Democratic ladies exemplary; they allowed themselves to sleep in - and well - on return from sucessful and satisfying trip to see the Man from Hope, President Clinton, in the company of stalwart Democrats from Adair & Russell Counties - and they Don't Stop Thinking About Tomorrow.

Victoria Pike writes:
Ed, it was Pam Shearer who braved the meet and greet line. Cynthia and I had a more pressing line we were in. The ladies room. With 1200 in attendance, it was a long line.

On a slightly funny note, Cynthia and I happened into one that had an upward splash. Enough said on that.

We all returned home safely before the snow started to fall. Still haven't heard from any of our group this morning but I figure they are sleeping in after having a very early morning yesterday. - Victoria Pike
