By Kelli Bonifer The Adair County Cooperative Extension Service and the Lake Cumberland District Health Department are working together to bring "Dining with Diabetes. . . Taking Ownership of Your Diabetes" program which will be held on Mondays, March 3, March 10, March 17 and March 24, 2014 at 10amCT each session, at the Adair County Cooperative Extension Service, 409 Fairground Street, Columbia, KY. Topics will include Monitoring your blood sugar, goal setting, portions sizes, carb counting and much more! There will be free Give-a-Ways and healthy recipes to taste. Classes are free but pre-registration is required by February 28, 2014.
