19 year old Lebanon, KY driver injured in single vehicle accident By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY Lebanon, KY - Tpr. Morris Farris is investigating a collision that occurred today, 1 mile west of Calvary on KY 208. 19-year-old Joseph A. Luckett, of Lebanon, was traveling east on KY 208, operating a 1997 Dodge pickup when he dropped off the shoulder of the roadway, struck a boulder and crossed over the roadway where the vehicle came to final rest. Luckett was not belted and was treated and released at Springview Hospital. Tpr.
