Adair County Sheriff Harrison Moss reports from the scene that KY 76/Elkhorn Road is closed and will be blocked to through traffic for much of the day from the Crossroads (Ky 76 & KY 551) west to Mile Marker 13, while crews clear the roadway of dirt, stone, and debris from this morning's pipeline explosion.
