KSP Looking for help In locating mother, and two sons By Tpr. Jeff Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 4, Elizabethtown. KY BARDSTOWN, KY - Kentucky State Police Post 4 in Elizabethtown is asking for help from the public in locating a Nelson Co. woman along with her two juvenile sons. Rachael Lynn Madison (42) picked up her two sons, Jacob Cole Stone (8) and Morgan Lee Stone (6) from school on January 31, 2014. The father, who is the primary residential custodian, has had no contact with the children or Ms. Madison since that time. A warrant for Custodial Interference has been issued out of Nelson County, KY. for the arrest of Rachael Lynn Madison. Possible locations include the Nelson Co. area, Salem, IN, Georgetown, IN, and the Louisville area. She is thought to be operating a silver 2011 Honda Pilot with Indiana tag # EN2348. Ms. Madison, as well as both children, are entered into the NCIC database. Trooper John Adams is handling the investigation.
