Black collie and puppies found at Coburg, KY Update: We now have the mom. She was chasing cars On 55 so Dave grabbed her and put her in our garage. Shes a beautiful black collie, hopefully her owner comes forward Rhonda Begley writes Hope this finds you doing well. We on the other hand have been out rescuing someones puppies off Hwy 55 N, on Adair Taylor line, Coburg Community. The mother is a black collie and we were only able to retrieve her pups.
