Feb.3, 2014 Green County Grand Jury returns indictments

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the 7 individuals on February 3, 2014:

  1. James P. Hampton (D/O/B 1972), N. Main Street, Edmonton, KY - Charged with 1 count(s), Flagrant Non-Support. Bond: $1,000 cash
  2. James R. Thompson (D/O/B 1965), Hwy 218, Greensburg, KY Charged with 4 Counts: 1) Possession of Controlled Substance, 1st Degree (Morphine), 2) Prescription Controlled Substance not in Original Container. 3) Operating Vehicle with Expired Operators License. 4) No/Expired Registration Plates. Bond: $10,000 cash.
  3. Melvin G. Corman (D/O/B 1947), Columbia Hwy, Greensburg, KY. Charged with 5 Counts. 1) Cultivate in Marijuana, 5 plants or more. 2) Trafficking in marijuana - 8 oz to less than 5 lbs. 3) Acquire Property/Enterprise from income from trafficking in controlled substance. 4) Buy/Poss Drug Paraphernalia. 5) Possession of Marijuana. Bond: $25,000 cash.
  4. Troy L. Younger (D/O/B 1969) Columbia Hwy, Greensburg, KY - Charged with 4 Counts. 1) Cultivate in Marijuana, 5 plants or more. 2) Trafficking in Marijuana, 8 oz to less than 5 pounds. 3) Buy/Possess Drug Paraphernalia. 4) Possession of Marijuana. Bond: $25,000.
  5. Teresa K. Younger, (D/O/B 1966), Columbia Hwy, Greensburg, KY - Charged with 4 Counts. 1) Cultivate in Marijuana, 5 plants or more. 2) Trafficking in Marijuana, 8 oz to less than 5 pounds. 3) Buy/Possess Drug Paraphernalia. 4) Possession of Marijuana. Bond: $25,000.
  6. Robert G. Davis, (D/O/B 1971) Pepper Road, Greensburg, KY - Charged with 4 Counts. 1 &2) Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree 3) Haraassment (Violation). 4) Persistent Felony Offender. Bond. $10,000 cash. No contact with victim.
  7. Ralph L. Foley, (D/O/B 1965), Mabin Sode Road, Greensburg, KY - Charged with 9 Counts. 1-6) Incest. 7-8) Sexual abuse 1st degree. 9) Persistent Felony Offender. Bond $50,000 Cash. No contact with victim.
Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceedings.
