Friends may call after 5pmCT, Sunday. Burial in the New Friendship Cemetery. Thelma Foley, Russell County, KY(1930-2014) She was born January 9, 1930 in Russell County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Oliver Hugh & Mary Jane Thornton Withers. She died Friday, January 31, 2014 in Danville, Boyle County, KY, at the age of 84 years, 22 days. She was a homemaker and a member of the Bethlehem Separate Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Delno Withers, Arno Withers and her step mother, Hada Withers. Survivors include her husband, Paul A.
