Edward Bill Chumbley, 79, of Russell Springs, KY, passed away Thursday, January 30, 2014, at Russell County Hospital, Russell Springs, KY.

Funeral Services at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY, at 2pmCT, on Saturday, February 1, 2014 with Bro. David Coffey officiating. Visitation will be after 10amCT on Saturday at Wilson Funeral Home Interment in the Luttrell Cemetery, Casey County.


Edward Bill Chumbley, Russell Co., KY (1934-2014)

Edward Chumbley was born in Liberty, Casey County, Kentucky on May 11, 1934. He was a son of the late Adell (Pettyjohn) and Ed Chumbley. He died Thursday, January 30, 2014, at Russell County Hospital, Russell Springs, KY. He was 79 years, 8 months, and 19 days old.

He served in the U.S. Army and was a mechanic.

He is survived by:
  • A half sister: Proxedia Owens, of Russell Springs, KY

  • A half brother: Fred Lawson, of Liberty, KY.
