Election 2014 bulletin: Democrat enters uncrowded jailer primary At just after 2pmCT, Monday, January 27, 2013, Darrel W. Baker of Knifley, KY became the first and thus far only candidate for his party's nomination for Adair COunty jailer. A complete story on today's election filing, with a list of all candidates to date, will be posted after the county court clerk's office closes at 4:30pmCT. After today, candidates have only an hour period, from 8am-4pmCT, Tuesday January 28, 2014, to file for county offices.
