Stephen Dale McKinney, 62, Sulphur Well, KY (d. Jan. 23, 2014) He was the son of the late Damon and Bernice Jewell McKinney. He was a truck driver and a member of the Greater Vision Baptist Church. His wife, Deanie Caffee McKinney survives. He leaves two direct living descendants.
