First meeting of year for Adair Co. Democratic Womens Club Scholarship, election year strategizing, membership drive top agenda items By Victoria Pike The Adair County Democratic Women's Club will hold it first meeting of the year at 6pmCT, February 3, 2014, at the C/AC Chamber Building basement, 201 Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY. We will be appointing a committee to review the applications for the Bernice Flowers Scholarship. The deadline February 20, 2014. Applications and qualifications information is available from Ann Young, guidance counselor at Adair County High School, 526 Indian Drive, Columbia, KY. I would like to invite all interested ladies to attend. This should be a very busy year for Democrats in Adair County with the May primary and fall elections ahead.
