PUBLIC NOTICE: Surplus metal, steel and stainless steel

The Adair County Fiscal Court will accept sealed bids for the items that have been declared surplus to the needs of the county. The sealed bid will be accepted in the Office of Judge Executive Ann Melton, 424 Public Square, Suite 1, Columbia, Ky. Said bids will be received until 7:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday, February 11, 2014. Said bids will then be opened and awarded at the Adair County Fiscal Court Meeting on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. CST.
The surplus property is described as metal, steel and stainless steel.
All items are sold "AS IS" condition and must be purchased and picked up within ten (10) days of bids being opened and awarded.
